It’s been a pretty crazy year. I’ve had a lot of stuff going on, that’s for sure. Lot of drama going on with people I know, lot of drama for me. The one person I spent the last 3 months with had to leave New York, and one of my friends from a bar near work is moving to Madison. I’ve been hanging out a lot at home, though I did hang out last night for Nick’s birthday. We had a great time :). Afterwards I went down to Key Bar and met up with some friends. I’m completely exhausted right now though, but I can’t really say I had a stressful day. I spent the whole day watching the braves games and the Masters!

I’m not sure why, but Twitter is incredibly addictive. They’re having some infrastructure problems right now. I think after SXSW they got some serious user influx – apparently its growing at an insane rate. Anyway, back to work.

The last month of work has been absolutely ridiculous. I’ve barely even been home! The problem always seems to be that 5PM is when things start rolling in. Oh well. I’m working on some really cool deals, and I’m pretty pleased about that! I have a couple of things that are wrapping up next week, that should give me a little bit more free time.

I guess this is a new record as far as infrequent goes. I’m exhausted…work has been kind of busy this week. Oh well!

We had our first year conference last week, and it was absolutely awesome. It was really nice to see everyone from all the other offices again. I don’t think everyone has all been here since Deal-o-Rama. I (re)met some people I’d barely hung out with last summer, and got to hang out with some friends from the DC office. As a bonus, my friends from litigation got finished with their big assignment (temporarily) and were able to come and hang out!

Wow. I’ve been absolutely swamped at work the last couple of days. It’s been a nice change of pace though. Things were pretty slow for a while there. In other news, Evan is coming up for the weekend. Should be a good time!

Today is computer training. It’s virtually identical to the training we recieved last year, so things are going a little slow. It’s all good though. Things are moving along, the people in my group seem cool, and I like my office-mate.

I’m starting work tomorrow!
